TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Lead Delivery & Access
- You will receive exclusive, real homeowner leads via text, email, or phone.
- Leads are delivered based on your selected services and areas.
- Some leads may be free trial offers; others require payment before full contact details are released.
2. Payment Terms
- Paid leads are unlocked only after you approve and pay via Stripe or another payment processor.
- All payments are final. While we verify contact accuracy, we do not guarantee a booked job.
- If you move to a recurring subscription, you will be billed monthly unless canceled in writing.
3. Exclusivity
- Each lead is offered to only one plumber at a time.
- If you unlock and pay for a lead, we will never resell or share that lead with anyone else.
4. Usage Rules
- You agree to contact leads professionally and promptly.
- You may not resell or share lead information.
- Abusing the system or receiving homeowner complaints may result in removal from the platform.
5. No Guarantees
- We do not guarantee job bookings, revenue, or a minimum number of leads.
- Lead quality may vary. We constantly work to improve sourcing and verification.
6. Platform Access
- Your access may be paused or revoked at any time for non-payment, abuse, or other reasons at our discretion.
- We may temporarily pause access to resolve disputes or balance lead flow.
7. Communication & Support
- We may contact you about lead performance, billing, or system updates.
- You agree to respond promptly to homeowner concerns or platform-related communications.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for missed revenue or any indirect damages related to lead performance.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the current version.
By continuing, you agree to these Terms of Service and confirm there are no other agreements unless signed in writing.
